In the right side of the main interface there's a very useful panel allowing you to configure each part of the form - each button, box, text area, etc.

You may also configure an e-mail address for the form results to be sent at.

The form results may also be saved to a text file.

You may also save the collected form results directly to a MySQL database.

You may also choose what file types may be uploaded using the created form
