The 8I845GE-RZC is one of many Intel-based motherboards offered in
Gigabyte's new RZ series. The RZ series line focuses on the
features of reliability, real performance and right value (The
Three R's) to provide a total package at an affordable price. Based
on the Intel 845GE chipset, the 8I845GE-RZC is a superior Pentium4
platform choice which includes 533FSB and Intel high-performing
Hyper-Threading technology. The 8I845GE-RZC encompasses all these
characteristics and as an integrated graphics solution, offers even
greater value for the user. As well, a variety of features such as
USB2.0, and 6-channel audio provide a wide range of connectivity
from networking to peripherals to multimedia. As well, useful
Gigabyte software features are also included such as Xpress Install
for easy software installation and EasyTune4 for convenient system
control. Finally, Norton Internet Security 2004 software is also
bundled for secure system protection. With the 8I845GE-RZC, users
get a complete, easy-to-use package suited for both the home and
office.
