Add Bandwidth Management (limit session and limit bandwidth).

Correct an issue that Open Port function fails when WAN connection drops and reconnects again.
Correct an issue that you can login to the Vigor via 2nd IP even though the "Allow management from the Internet" is disabled.
Correct an issue that router cannot get a static WAN IP from Arrakis' (British Telcom) BBRAS via PPPoA protocol even they have choose a fixed IP to the PPPoA session of WAN port.
Improve the Telnet commands "mngt noping" and "mngt defenseworm".
Improve DDNS for ChangeIP DDNS provider.
Improve NAT performance.
Do use the latest driver version available, it will help you use the facilities of your hardware easier and better. An old version can create hardware conflicts and errors in function. Try to stay updated with your drivers monthly or sometimes weekly. Chose wisely the specific drivers: motherboards driver, bios, graphic cards drivers, modem drivers and so on. Chose the right driver for your hardware and try to make backups of your system every time you want to make a change.
