The new Genius Wireless GW-7200 Series (GW-7200P, GW-7200PCI, GW-7200U and GW-7200AP) are high performance 2.4GHz, IEEE 802.11g compliant devices. In specific wireless devices, the transmit rate can be defined up to 54Mbps for 802.11g, just select the Turbo Mode function to enhance the transfer rate of the wireless connection. That's almost six times faster than the 802.11b product series.
Access Point
With the Access Point built-in Web-based management interface, you can manage data from anywhere on the network and make configuration and remote management of the network painless.
The Access Point supports the current state-of-the-art wireless LAN security technology - 256-bit WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) and WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) security encryption. It also provides a solution that combines performance and mobility with security and manageability that enterprises require.
CardBus/PCI/USB Adapter
The CardBus, PCI and USB Adapter are easy to configure with all functions provided by the WLAN Monitor Utility. It lets you automatically establish your wireless network connection.
The Wireless CardBus, PCI and USB adapters connect a variety of devices to a wireless network either in Ad-Hoc peer-to-peer mode or in infrastructure mode with access points. With this client adapter, you can quickly add new employees to a network, support temporary workgroups, or enable Internet access in conference rooms or other meeting spaces.

Do use the latest driver version available, it will help you use the facilities of your hardware easier and better. An old version can create hardware conflicts and errors in function. Try to stay updated with your drivers monthly or sometimes weekly. Chose wisely the specific drivers: motherboards driver, bios, graphic cards drivers, modem drivers and so on.
