The MP Drivers are necessary to print documents and scan
images. These drivers must be installed to use the print and scan
features.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not connect the device to the PC until the driver installation
is complete.
If the MP Drivers have been previously installed on the PC,
unistall them first using the shortcut on the
Start>Programs>Canon>MP Drivers menu. After downloading
the file and saving onto your hard disk, double click the file to
extract the contents. A folder will be created called 'CanonMP'.
Open the folder by double clicking on it and then open the
'WIN98ME' folder and run the 'Setup.exe' file by double-clicking on
it. After installation is complete, connect the device to the PC by
USB cable.

PIXMA MP130
Do use the latest driver version available, it will help you use
the facilities of your hardware easier and better. An old version
can create hardware conflicts and errors in function. Try to stay
updated with your drivers monthly or sometimes weekly. Chose wisely
the specific drivers: motherboards driver, bios, graphic cards
drivers, modem drivers and so on. Chose the right driver for your
hardware and try to make backups of your system every time you want
to make a change.
