This download contains the latest audio drivers, software and
utilities for the Via AC97 audio controllers. It can be applied to
to the Via motherboards listed above where onboard sound is used
(onboard means built into the motherboard instead of a separate
card). If you are using a separate sound card, you do not need the
AC97 driver. For separate cards, you should download the
appropriate driver from the card manufacturer's site.
