24-CTU is a GTK theme inspired by the 24 TV show.
Developer comments
I have added the start button and the wallpaper in the theme
folder with some instructions on installation. Please post any
problems you may find with this theme and I will correct them
asap.
By the way I really like using the Black-White icon theme with
this GTK theme.
