Pyro is a GNOME theme that looks great, without being a Mac or
Vista wannabe.
Requirements:
· GTK 2.x
· GNOME 2.x
Known Issues:
· Liferea, and certain other apps, do not play well with
dark themes.
· AWN's Stacks applet will use the window text color
(most dark themes use white) for the text on its white background.
This may happen with Pyro if you set the window text color to white
or any other light color that is difficult to read on a white
background.
· Some hardware may render this theme a little too dark.
If you want to lighten it (and get Open Office to not use its dark
theme icons), use the Gnome color chooser to set the window
background to "383838".
· The "Read Me" file is an open document. If you are
somehow running Gnome 2.20 on an ancient Linux distro with neither
KOffice nor Open Office, you'll just have to wing it.
