DocFrac 3.1.4 is others software developed by Andrew Punch.
DocFrac is a tool that converts documents from RTF to HTML and from HTML to RTF. It is useful for bulk document conversion and dynamic Web pages. DocFrac does not require a word processor to work.

What's New in This Release:
Fixed reading of colour when the default colour is active in HtmlWriter
Using latest folder browser which allows "New Folder" and other features (requires a call to CoInitialize())
Folder browser will return to the last folder selected
Use null stream as default for DebugLog
Replaced debugStream with DebugLog
Used ENABLE_LOG_DEBUG to remove unused debug strings
Minor fixes
Modified ReaderInterface and implementations to accept a DebugLog
Modified WriterInterface and implementations to accept a DebugLog
Escaped & < > in HtmlWriter (bug 1586909)
Remove Clone() function from RtfCommand interface
DocFrac 3.1.4 supports different languages (including english). It works with Linux.
