relationships between the three in a simple, visual way.
· Keep a record in black and white. Optimism generates
reports that document your triggers, symptoms and healthy
activities, to provide you with a printed record or helpful history
to email to your health provider.
· No dramas. It's quick and easy to use, only taking 2
to 3 minutes each day to enter data, and only longer when you
decide to look more closely at the charts.
· Plan your health. Formulate a "Stay Well Plan", a
dynamic document that you adjust as you learn more about managing
your illness. Print or email it to your health provider or carers,
so they know how to help you stay on track.
