Description:
EstimatorOne is designed to help tradesman professionals with
the estimating process, letting them create and calculate quotes at
least 1/4 of the usual time. EstimatorOne lets you keep track of
your clients, jobs, taxes, appointments in easy way. Each quote
entry can be assigned with a labour, parts/materials (client, job,
costs, travel, date, time). Navigation buttons and menus can you
easily flip through jobs, inventory, signature, bill data, reports.
Four summary reports give you various ways of summarizing your
quotes costs. What This Program Can Do For You? - Includes
databases for unlimited labour/materials/parts, with pricing data
for each item. Just select the labour/parts required for a job,
indicate the quantity of each item, enter travel distance (call up
costs) , and EstimatorOne will calculate all the factors and create
a job estimate. - Create unlimited number of jobs, keep them for
future reference or delete them as desired. - Edit and add up to
two taxes (i.e. state and federal) with indicators which quote item
is taxable. - Generates 4 useful quote reports in easy way and
format to view All / Paid / UnBilled totals. - Export quick job
data to Date Book ( Palm application ) to add job
appointements.
