International, 24-hour time picker with an option for setting
time in 1-minute or 5-minute increments.
Year view in KeyDates (for hi-res handhelds only).
You can set Week Start in KeyDates to any day of the week. All
views now reflect this Week Start day.

Take a quick glance at the things you need to do today.
All items are pulled from KeyDates, KeyTasks and KeyContacts
applications on your handheld, which are synchronized with Outlook
Calendar, Tasks and Contacts.
KeyContacts™
Synchronize all 19 phone numbers, all three e-mail addresses,
all three street addresses and many more of the important fields in
Outlook.
Chapura Smart Look Up feature searches fields that may not even
be displayed, including the first name, last name, company name and
File As fields, to help you find contacts whose name or company
name you may not remember.
Includes Palm Quick Look Up to enable hassle-free, no-tap
searches on five-way navigator devices.
KeyDates™
Keep up with multiple people’s schedules, in addition to
your own, by carrying more than one calendar on your handheld.
View meeting location and attendees on the handheld, so you
know where you need to go and who was invited. As the meeting
organizer, you can even see the attendee status on the handheld, so
you know who is expected be there.
Integrate your task list into the Day View screen to see daily
activities at a glance.
Customize color settings for visual familiarity and easy
recognition of time blocks.
KeyTasks™
Transfer alarms for Outlook Tasks to the handheld, so that you
get the reminders you need.
Synchronize recurrence patterns, so you do not miss ongoing
tasks.
Carry with you many of the detailed Outlook Tasks fields, such
as task owner, status and percent completed, for task management on
the go.
KeyTasks priority icons have the same look and feel as Outlook
Tasks icons, so you always know the importance of items on your to
do list.
KeyNotes™
Note size may reach 24 KB in KeyNotes, just like in Outlook.
This allows six times the amount of content that can be stored in a
note in the built-in Palm Memo Pad.
Color-coding of notes in Outlook is transferred to the handheld
for easy, visual identification. You can also set the color while
creating new notes in KeyNotes.

Palm Desktop 4.0.1 or higher
HotSync Manager 4.0.1 or higher
Handheld device using the Palm OS 3.5 or higher
At least 1.89 MB free memory on the handheld
Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher
