and repetitions, then proceed to the next exercise. Getting bored
doing the same exercises? MySpotter suggests alternative exercises
for the muscle groups that you?re working on. Like your very own
personal trainer, MySpotter analyzes your results and recommends
when to modify the weight, sets, or reps for each exercise.
