PDA Teacher is a complete teacher/instructor Palm Pilot
application. If you are a teacher or instructor of any kind you
will want this software! It has a very user friendly interface and
does not take up a huge amount of device memory. This latest
version has streamlined the data entry process and will walk you
through the initial set-up. Works great on colour and non colour
machines. Features include......
The Student/pupil information log will track all of
your student information. Personal data, contact information,
medical history, allergy alert and special considerations will all
be saved for easy retrieval. You can even set a student birthday
alarm. The device will turn on and alarm reminding you of the
important event.
The Course/class list will allow you to view student
lists for each class.
The Tardiness/absent log saves all your student
attendance concerns. Totals for each student are calculated.
Included in this software is an 8-step lesson plan
template and database. You can enter an unlimited amount of
plans in the database and easily search for past entries.
Save all your student's tests/exams with the Tests/exams
log. Calculate running averages for each student. Percentages
will be automatically calculated during data entry.
The Disciplinary action log will allow you to log and
view any actions carried out with regard to discipline. Along with
the rest, this database is easily navigated.
Make General notes/observations and log them in the
software.
Save important school or institution phone 's in a
Searchable phone list.
