Ultrasoft Money makes it easy to keep track of your spending.
Use it every day to enter checking, credit card, cash and other
transactions.
With AutoComplete, memorized transactions and
the organizer's speedy Graffiti® power writing software,
Ultrasoft Money allows you to enter everyday transactions with only
a few taps of the stylus, usually before you get your receipt.
When you get home, synchronize directly with Microsoft
Money - just drop the handheld into its cradle and press the
button. There is no need to re-enter or import/export data, and
your accounts are always up to date.
Synchronize directly with Microsoft Money
Recent transactions and recurring bills and deposits are
downloaded from Microsoft Money so that you can see what's on the
horizon before you write a check. You can record payments, schedule
new bills, analyze your spending, even balance your accounts on the
go - and when you synchronize with Microsoft Money, reconciled
transactions can be removed from the handheld to save space.
Ultrasoft Money allows you to set up accounts on your handheld.
It allows you to add categories and classifications, and memorize
transactions. It lets you record payments, deposits, transfers and
split transactions, and even keeps track of your paycheck
details.
Something not quite right? The Flag for Follow-up feature
lets you annotate transactions, so you won't forget to deal with
problems.

The included Bill Minder module lets you schedule your future
one-time payments and recurring bills and deposits, then get an
alarm notification when a transaction is due.

At the end of the month, reconcile with your bank statements and
credit card bills with the Reconciliation Wizard, then exclude the
reconciled transactions to save space on your Palm OS®
device.
The Reconciliation Wizard is foolproof and easy
With its included international currency add-in, Ultrasoft Money
lets you keep track of accounts and transactions in multiple
currencies. It even synchronizes exchange rates with Microsoft
Money.
The included Ultrasoft Budget add-in lets you manage your
budget and savings goals on your handheld.
When you input a transaction on your handheld, the progress bar
tells you where you stand with your budget. Tap the bar to see the
details.
And Ultrasoft Money will alert you when you go over-budget, so
you can reallocate your spending.

IMPORTANT:
You can download Ultrasoft Money and install it for evaluation
purposes. Select "Desktop overwrites handheld" in the HotSync
settings to download your financial data to the organizer. You can
look at your data and update it during the 30-day free trial!
Supported Microsoft Money Versions: Ultrasoft Money
version 4 supports Microsoft Money 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006
only. If you have Microsoft Money 98, 99, 2000 or 2001, the setup
program will install Ultrasoft Money version 2. When you purchase
Ultrasoft Money, you receive registration codes for both
versions.
