CreativeNotes helps you organize your thoughts
and ideas. It will make you more effective at work, it will help
you learn at school or college, and enhance your leisure time at
home. Despite its power, CreativeNotes is incredibly simple to use.
You can use color creatively to highlight key information. All of
its functions have been designed to minimize the number of taps you
have to make.
Use CreativeNotes as your secure notepad
CreativeNotes is ideal for jotting down quick notes as the need
arises. It's much easier to use than the Notes application built
into the Pocket PC. You can see the titles of your notes in the
note list more clearly, and you can filter the list by categories
that you can create and assign to your notes.
You can assign passwords to any of your notes, and protect them
from prying eyes using military-strength encryption technology.
You can use different colors for the text or background of any
item. Items can be given check-boxes, and checked items can be
hidden, so your shopping list gets shorter as you tick the items
off. You can attach drawings or hand-writing to any item in your
notes. For example, scribble a map showing directions to an
appointment.

CreativeNotes is great with Pocket PC 2002 / 2003 and all
later devices, including Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition and
Windows Mobile 5.0. It uses high resolution graphics for devices
with VGA screens.
Summary of features
Each item can have a check box. Useful for shopping lists and
to-do lists.
You can drag an item to a different position in the note. If
the item is the parent of a group, the whole group moves.
You can choose a text color and a background color for each
item or group. Great for highlighting key information.
As you type, you can insert the current time, or today's date,
or any other date. Timestamp your information, or set deadlines for
your action items.
Any note can have a password. The note will then be encrypted,
using 256-bit (very high strength) encryption. This makes
CreativeNotes a very effective electronic wallet.
You can use a note as a template, and create new notes based on
the template. Use this for common tasks, like meeting notes for
example.
Changes to your notes are permanently saved as you make them.
No worries about losing your information. You can undo changes if
you make a mistake.
You can copy and paste items, and groups of items, from one
note to another.
Attachments can be loaded from and saved to Notes, Pocket Word
and Text files.
Notes can be listed in alphabetical order, or newest first, or
most recently used first. Cool if you have lots of notes.
Notes can be exported to CreativeNotes export files, and to
text files. You can import text from other applications - and from
web pages - by copying and pasting via the clipboard.
Full on-device help is provided, using the Pocket PC help
system.
