Language Extender (LEng) is designed for English
localization (language support) of the the following devices:
Pocket PC 2003/Windows Mobile
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition
LEng enables to input information in English language in any
application on your Pocket PC, edit it, save, transfer to other
Pocket PC's or desktop computers and print documents including
texts in English language.

On-screen keyboard layout for English letters input. You can
use different English layouts: English, Dvorak, Dvorak LH, Dvorak

Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on
the on-screen keyboard or Pocket PC external keyboard
Availability to adjust appearance of the on-screen keyboard
layouts (3D-look, color keys, font of keys)
Special module for external Pocket PC keyboard that allows
using portable keyboards to type in English with different English
layouts
Availability to support Pocket PC English on-screen keyboard in
