Interesting application for enginners. It's a defining tool for
rectangukar cuts from glass, metal, drywall or wood sheets. The
cuts are in such way calculated so that you can waste minimal
material. It uses two cutting methods: nesting and guillotine.
GNCutter uses two types of cutting methods: Nesting and
Guillotine.
The Guillotine is only method you can use for glass or ceramic
cutting. In other cases you can use both of them, but the nesting
method gives the best results.
First you have to choose the measurement unit and the calculation
method, then the stock width or the finite length and the saw
thickness and the parts length and width.
In less than a second you get layout and the report of the
process.
Pluses: very fast and powerful
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: Very useful for enginners to obtain the
results on the spot.
