PeopleAlbum is designed to be simple but powerful

Organize pictures, sounds, dates and notes to create standard photo
albums, family albums, class albums, product catalogs, workgroup
profiles, collection catalogs, etc.
Albums store Records for any kind of subject or object.
View albums in Pane mode ( with picture thumbnails ) or List mode,
which is faster.
Give Records a category in order to structure and sort your
information.
For each Record you can associate any number of pictures, sounds
and relevant dates, as well as take notes.
Pictures:
View JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG files.
Smart rotate based on picture dimensions.
Very fast zoom and rotate.
Full screen mode.
Picture information.
Sounds:
Use preexisting sound files (.wav) or create new ones.
Select sound quality for recording.
Smart file delete when deleting Records.
Dates:
Automatically create Calendar appointments if desired.
Recurring patterns.
Reason and notes.
Create packages to easily distribute and backup your albums.
