Phone Minute Tracking
Phone Dashboard is constantly tracking your voice minutes and
updating statistics so you have perfect visibility into your mobile
phone usage. Want to know how many minutes you used today? This
month? This billing period? No problem - the answer is right there
on your Today Screen.
Project Monthly Usage
Phone Dashboard not only tells you your current unbilled usage, it
can even project how many minutes you will use for the entire
billing period. Phone Dashboard analyzes your recent calling
patterns and calculates an estimate of how many minutes of each
type (Peak, Off-Peak, and Weekend) you will use.
Cellular Network Monitoring
Phone Dashboard keeps you informed of the state of your connection
- with both signal strength and current operator your connected to.
Configurable Alert Levels
Phone Dashboard will never let you run over your monthly rate plan.
It alerts you as you consume minutes in your cell phone plan during
a month or billing cycle. You can customize Red and Yellow alert
levels, as well as Periodic alerts that notify you every time a
certain percentage of your plan is used up.
Historical Usage Reports
Phone Dashboard tracks your voice minute usage over hours, days,
and months, and can display reports in graphical or tabular
formats.
Define Phone Plan
Phone Dashboard allows you to enter your phone plan details so that
the tracking statistics it supports are most useful to you. Sort
your minutes into Peak, Off-Peak, and Weekend categories, as well
as specify when your billing period starts each month.
Graphical Plan Tracker
Phone Dashboard allows you one-tap access to graphically see how
you are faring with your monthly plan, as well as show you your
projected usage for the billing period.
Statistical Call Log
Phone Dashboard features a detailed call log that allows you to
view the date, time, number called, and length of a call.
Spreadsheet Export
