PocketSuspendFX is a small but powerful program for the Pocket
PC. It serves two main purposes:
Instead of fumbling with a nearly inaccessible power button on
your Pocket PC, PocketSuspendFX allows you to suspend (turn off)
your device by simply tapping an icon in your Start Menu.
To spice up the tedious process of suspending/resuming your
Pocket PC, PocketSuspendFX shows one of several full-screen special
effects, effectively demonstrating the real power of your Pocket
PC.
New in v1.20:
New special effect: Shrink! The screen is
repeatedly compressed into a circle shape, creating the illusion of
a shrinking screen. At the same time the colors of the screen fade
away, effectively blending several consecutive frames of the
special effect.
Several small cosmetic changes and program optimizations.

System requirements
PocketSuspendFX currently only works well on Pocket PC devices with
an ARM/XScale 200MHz (or better) processor. Furthermore, the screen
of the Pocket PC must have a resolution of 240 x 320 (width x
height) and a color depth of 16bpp (i.e. 32K/64K colors).
Please make sure to test the trial version on your device
first before purchasing the product. At the moment it
turns out that PocketSuspendFX does not work on certain "rotated"
displays like most older iPAQs have. This will be fixed in the next
major release.
