Do you need a client diary, charge calculator or time
management tool?
System Requirements:
The Tradesman for Pocket PC is a client diary, invoice management
and time tracking application. Through an intuitive interface, it
allows mobile workers and trades people to log each and every visit
to clients. For any client you can see what you did, when, and how
much you charged, and it''s as easy to use as a punch card. The
tradesman also calculates the appropriate cost or charge of each
visit for you.
Features:
Supports an unlimited number of client and visit
records.
Takes into account break time in charge
calculation.
Supports both metric and imperial measurement
systems.
Supports dollar and pound based currencies (can support
more if you tell me what you need).
The Task Types module allows you to define different
hourly rates for different kinds of work.
The travel module allows you to charge for your travel
expenses by distance, time or category.
PDF Invoice printing and a data conduit will be available
soon (currently in Beta). The invoice system can be customized for
your business.
Supports taxation systems such as GST and Provincial
Tax.
Can be used as a punch card or time sheet.
