Using Vidya Pocket Task Manager - Also for WM 5.0, you can do the

View running applications in the applications view
View running processes in the processes view
View the history of the CPU and Memory usage as a
graph in the performance view
Switch between views: Tasks, Processes and Performance
Switch to one of the running applications of your
choice
Terminate a running application or a process
View memory heaps of a running process
View modules used by a running process
View the status of CPU usage on the Pocket PC title
bar
Easily terminate or switch to any running application using the
context menu of status icon
Soft reset or Hard reset your device from the
Task Manager, without having to fumble around for the small resses
on the bottom of the handheld
Drag the status icon to any empty location
available on the title bar
