Select the foods that you eat each day and let Weight-By-Date

You can select from a complete list of over 8,500 foods by the
USDA.
It's easy to add your own custom foods.
Your Meals Journal tracks ten nutrients for each food:
Calories, Calories from Fat, Carbs, Cholesterol, Fiber, Protein,
Saturated Fat, Sodium, Sugar, and Total Fat.
See your daily nutrient totals at a glance.
The program tracks your eating habits and keeps a "Recent
Foods" list for you.
You can save time by creating a list of your favorite
foods.
The Exercise Journal Tracks Your Activities and
Workouts
You'll have the flexibility to log both exercises and workouts
each day.
Select from a list of over 130 exercises, with calories burned
for each.
You'll have daily totals for the duration of exercise (in
minutes) and calories burned.
It's easy to add your own custom exercises.
The program is smart -- it adjusts calories burned for each
exercise to match your current weight.
As you change the duration of exercise, the calories burned are
adjusted automatically.
Tracking Your Weight Loss is Simple and Motivating
You can record your weight whenever you like. Daily entry
is not required.
Real-time statistics will keep you motivated.

Key Nutritional Information is at Your Fingertips

values for a particular food.
You can search the entire food database, selected food groups,
or look up a food alphabetically.
The food database contains over 8,500 foods and includes many
of the popular restaurants in the US. There are also over 250
low-carb foods from Atkins®, CarbSmart®, and more.
Record Your Body Measurements, Synchronize with Your PC, and

Synchronization is quick and easy with Weight-By-Date
Pro on your PC (sold separately).
You can track body measurements for seven key areas of your
body. Weight-By-Date will calculate your body fat percentage,
or you can enter your own measured value.
You can enter daily notes of your progress.
Choosing your favorite color scheme makes Weight-By-Date fun to
use.
