Issue of improvement function:
Improvement of Equalizer - more accuracy!!
Modify equalizer disable error when try the volome control
Modify equalizer preview at key pad selection.
Add the pre-path save function at file open dialog.
Add the pre-column width save function at file open dialog
listview.
Add the double click function at preset selection dialog.
Add UTF8 characterset decoding.
Improvement noise processing - Apply the hybrid method.
This 2.10 version has improved for easily use and can enjoy with
more good timbre.
