Special Interest Dictionaries (SPIDs) are the
easiest way to increase the Handwriting Recognition
System Requirements:
accuracy for Tablet users. The single most important
improvement that can be made to increase accuracy is to have
additional words available for recognition. The abletFactory
has assembled the best wordlists to supplement the Tablets System
Dictionary. By adding these words to the Tablet, tests
have shown that recognition accuracy is increased from 67% to
95%! Words are bundled by subject areas so finding the best
enhancement wordlist is easy to do. Words are added using one
of the Dictionary Management Tools. A number of tools are
available at the abletFactory website. Some tools include
SPIDs. But either way, better recognition adds to a complete
and productive Tablet experience. SPIDs are constantly being
updated and added. Check back frequently for additions and
