Beware of the upgrade packages. I Purchased Pro Upgrade ($99) and Pro Plus Package ($69) for download and the "FREE INSTALLATION" they offered. They Provided the Pro Upgrade, but not the Pro Plus package and I could never reach them by the email form on the website (10 emails in all). And whatever happened to the FREE INSTALLATION? Duh!

Comments:
I finally traced a telephone number in Florida for the domain registrant and called to request information. A recording. I sent postal mail to the registrant's address and no reply. I would like to file a class action against this company. If there are any others with similar experiences, please respond to this post. Meanwhile, I would drop this whole matter if they would just come forward with what I paid for. Until then, I will use every resource available to identify them for what they are.
