BellCommander is an advanced audio scheduling program that provides a low-cost and powerful replacement and/or enhancement for automated intercom systems such as schools bells, store intercoms, factory shift change horns, and more.
This tool features a unique configuration which sends different audio to different locations like "zones" on a traditional intercom system.
BellCommander works with existing public address/intercom systems by playing audio from the PC's sound card to the PA system. Or, BellCommander can use small network devices or client PCs to distribute audio to locations across buildings. In this configuration, different buildings or rooms can receive different audio, so different rooms of a school can have different bell schedules or different areas of a store can have different announcements playing. Installation costs are extremely low since the organization's existing network and cabling can be used.
Now, with this tool, you may control or create flexible audio scheduling and paging systems for factory/school bells, paging applications, and more.
With BellCommander you may:
- Play school/factory bells, announcements, and music over your existing PA or intercom system
- Play scheduled audio on a single PC for reminders and homeschool bells
- Play scheduled audio and send live audio pages to PCs and Macs around your organization
- Use network audio players to play scheduled audio and live pages in classrooms and other buildings
- Control your existing bell system or factory bells/horns using network or USB Relay Controllers
- Create multi-zone systems using PC clients, network audio players, and/or relays
- Send automated pages to phone-based paging systems
