doTask! is an excellent solution for organizing tasks.
It has useful features such as operative informing about the new tasks, each worker decides itself which task to solve (any available), tree-like structure of folders with tasks. Each folder contains tasks grouped by any parameter (performer name, task state, etc…), so one task can be displayed in different folders. The task state is shown graphically (in work, finished, expired, deleted).
You may use this smart solution to stop waste of time - doTask! tracks the programs used by the user. The programs can be divided into three categories: forbidden programs - doTask! immediately suspends a task which the employee is currently working on and informs about the reason of stopping, undesirable programs - doTask! suspends a current task after a few minutes and neutral programs - an employee can use these programs as long as needed.
The doTask! administrator can add any programs to any category.
Show labor efficiency to each employee as doTask! has flexible monitoring system allows you to track how work time is spent productively. Advantages of the monitoring system are the following:
