Desktop ErgoNotes is a smart solution to manage your notes and memos using a tree structure and keep them in a XML file. Its clear and simple interface allows your to edit the tree, search for information, encrypt data and syncronize with Pocket PC.
If you want to keep all your information in one file with a handy open structure you're welcome to try ErgoNotes for Desktop. This smart tool allows to store different data in one XML file organizing it in a tree structure. You can choose one of more than 250 icons to describe the meaning of nodes in your tree.
If you need to to store some private data ErgoNotes offers a strong encryption mechanism allowing you to protect any node of the tree with its own password.
The powerful search feature helps you to find any information in the tree without difficulty. Furthermore, if you have a Pocket PC then ErgoNotes allows you to open the document using either Desktop of Pocket version of ErgoNotes (or even work with the document in both versions simultaneously). The desktop version takes an advantage of the drag and drop functionality so you can easily move the data from and to other applications.
