Salon Calendar is a software application that was designed specially for hair salons, beauty, manicure or aesthetic shops, fitness studios, fashion shops and ateliers, tanning salons, wedding salons, beauty centers, manicurists, aestheticians, plastic and cosmetic surgery clinics, make-up designers and any other specialists in the sphere of fitness, health and beauty care.
This handy tool will make schedule management a real pleasure. Salon Calendar will easily allow any specialist to create a profile to run a personal schedule. It enables users to switch between various profiles to view the schedule of any staff member and it is also possible to select and view multiple profiles simultaneously or open the schedules of several specialists at the same time.
Salon Calendar also features a useful Date Navigator that will allow the user to open the required date and edit reception hours, master and client data. You may also set different work ranges or choose vertical or horizontal timelines and 12 or 24 hours format.
Protection is also a well-done feature of this software tool - all profiles data is protected with a password preventing unauthorized access. The utility also has the Auto Backup feature that lets you save the data to the secured archive.
One of its most important features is that the data from Salon Calendar can be exported to many different formats, like MS Outlook, HTML, XLS, XML and TXT. It is also possible to easily and quickly import the data into the program. Salon Calendar has also a useful built-in Print Designer, which offers a wide variety of original templates and options to make a fine and clear printout of a schedule.
