MSGViewer Pro is a powerful yet easy to use viewer, converter and extractor for .msg and .eml files, suitable for both novice or advanced users.
This tool allows you to easily access file attachments and it can display html, text, or rich text formated messages.
You may also search text and extract email file attachments, manage recursive directories and subdirectories with thousands of .msg or .eml files, while the powerful sort and search options will let you easily find important emails.
Batch export from MSG or EML to PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP, PNG, TXT, or CSV, while optionally extracting file attachments is also supported, as well as batch rename files and extracted attachments with flexible "bates stamp" precision. Add messages to favorites list or copy them to a folder. Command line switches lets system administrators turn off specific features, making it perfect for use in Citrix/TS environments. Supports .PST files if mapi (Outlook) is present. Set as default file handler. View extended mapi properties.

MsgViewer Pro is the advanced multi-format email reader for managing your .msg and .eml message files. If you have prevously installed Microsoft Outlook, then MsgViewer can also read and search your .PST files.

Menu support is available in English, Russian, Spanish, French and German. Additional language support is possible, particuarly with site license purchases.
MsgViewer will display your RTF and HTML formatted .msg and/or .eml messages as they appeared in your email client.
With MsgViewer Pro, you can open the email file, extract file attachments, search the message, copy selected messages to a specific directory, and browse them in an Outlook-like interface.
MsgViewer Pro is well suited to application sharing environments, such as Citrix. Command line options allow system administrators to disable the features of MsgViewer Pro. For example, if you want your users to be able to browse a directory of .msg files, but not to print or copy, you can disable those features.
