Icon Converter Plus is a very flexible application designed to create, edit and modify icons. The utility gives the user several alternatives to creating icons: by selecting from popular formats like BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, WMF, EMF, PNG but also by capturing the screen or other applications and extracting them from inside of EXE, DLL, DRV, SCR files.
Intuitive and complex, the application makes editing easy by empowering the user with many filters and effects. Creating the icons is possible by using the in build tool.

- BATCH Icon to Image and Image to Icon conversion with many filtering effects.
- Extract icons from inside of EXE, DLL, DRV, SCR and ICO files on your computer and save them into icon and icon library.
- Create and edit icons in standard or custom sizes, in color depths up to 32-bit True Color.
- Browse images in the thumbnail mode.
- Create and edit smooth semi-transparent icons.
- Copy your icon or image from/to clipboard.
- Include filters, effects, and adjustment commands such as drop shadow, blur, sharp, grayscale, rotate, crop.
- Keep history events and allows you to Undo/Redo.
