A simple and yet powerful tool for creating and editing desktop and
folder icons. Using this program you can create and edit icons in
either standard or custom sizes, with color depths up to 32-bit
True Color with 8-bit alpha channel. Paint tools include: color
replacer, color selector, spray can, pencil, brush, flood fill,
text tool, line tool, rectangle, curve, ellipse, 3d frame.
Among the new features added we may mention: the possibility to
draw smooth lines and shapes, to paint with smooth brushes, to
paint over or replace original pixels, stroke and other effects,
the possibility to import Windows Vista icons.
Pluses: You can import and export ICO, BMP, JPEG, CUR, ANI,
GIF, WMF, PNG, XPM, XBM, WBMP, Adobe Photoshop PSD files or
screenshots.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: Simple, compact, well purpose oriented, in
all a reliable tool for icon creating and editing.
