PCLoupe is a small, simple, freeware display tool that shows a magnified image of the area around your mouse cursor. This tool is great especially for graphic artists or the visual impaired.
PCLoupe is also free.
In addition, it comes with 3 refresh rates, including realtime.
Options/Features:
-Shows a magnified image of the area around the cursor
-Window can be Moved, Resized and made Always On Top
-3 Refresh Rates to choose from, including Realtime (continuous)
-Quick In-Out Zoom by left and right-click in the PCLoupe application window
-Freeze-option to lock (freeze) the magnified area via Hot-key or Menu
-Runs on Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/2003/XP/Vista
