SoftCollection Lefthander is a mouse utility that can interchange
functions of left mouse button and right mouse button for lefthand
people. By single mouse click on system tray menu you can
interchange the left and right mouse buttons.
The utility can be activated by startup of the system and can
remember the last state.
Pluses: you can activate it from the system tray menu
Drawbacks / flaws: the interchange of the mouse buttons can
be done also from the OS options, so you don't need to buy this
product
In conclusion: for one dollar, if you want you can buy it,
'there's no sugar'
