Wally is a freeware background changer for Windows, made with Qt4 framework. It is capable to use multiple sources to get image files.

Wally is a simple wallpaper changer for Windows operating system that uses multiple sources, like files, folders, FTP remote folders, Flickr, Yahoo!, Panoramio, Pikeo, Ipernity, Photobucket, Buzznet, Picasa and Smugmug images.
Wally wallpaper changer is available for free download in multiple languages for all Windows versions. It requires Qt4 and optionally libexif.
