WindowsBlinds is the world's most popular desktop enhancement
utility used by both consumers and corporations who want to change
the way the Windows XP user interface looks and feels. In addition
to the standalone version you've just installed, WindowBlinds is
available as part of Stardock's ObjectDesktop.net.
ObjectDesktop.net is the world's premiere desktop enhancement
software service!
Windows blind allows you to change desktop and window skins,
toolbar buttons, the entire visual scheme of Windows XP. You can
customize it at your own will by applying changes concerning menu
borders, tab controls, toolbars, status bars, backgrounds or you
can enhance Desktop elements by making 3D toolbars flat style,
skinning the quick launch taskbar buttons or the display properties
window and many more. You can even customize mouse click by
choosing different actions for double or right clicking.
Pluses: A complete suite of styling the way your machine

Drawbacks / flaws: Might crash the system if it isn't
