Gdow is a highly configurable Gmail notifier for Windows that will notify you with a classic messsage box, a popup balloon (on Windows XP and Vista) or a transparent animated form. The latter is fully configurable:
- background color
- font (color, size, type, etc..)
- width
- maximum height (the form will autoadjust its height, if max height is reached the notify message will autoscroll)
- transparency
Gdow runs in the background and is managed through a system tray icon that is expressive:
- number of new gmails
- Gdow's checking state
- Gdow's error state
