The whole program is put together with great, simple features that even the most “non-computer literate” person can get started with. Sprika ePostMailer allows you to use specific settings as far as your ISP, Email address, etc, for each and every project you are working on. So if you have one campaign to send from one email address and another from a different email address, the program can handle that. This will allow you to work on several projects at once.
You will also be able to customize your campaigns with many different options, and you can use data from several different programs in the Spryka ePostMailer. All you have to do is import the data into the program, which is an easy process and the program walks you through the process. You can use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Word, etc.
Another feature that ePostMailer enables you to do is to run your campaign in various different formats. You can send Plain Text format, HTML, etc. Included in the program is a message editor.
This program is unique in that you can also embed HTML message and your readers will get all of your message and not just parts, or the message plus a bunch of red x’s where the image goes. The program is equipped with fast, multi thread delivery and instant delivery information. But if you wish you can also use your own ISP SMTP mail server.
This program can not only handle your mailing needs, but it also processes your mail that comes in. In other words you incoming subscription requests, and your un-subscription requests. The program is made for even the simplest non computer knowledgeable person, or the most advanced techie who wants to customize his own email mass mailer program.
You can see your contacts through different angles which allow you to add or edit your existing contacts in a manner that is easiest for you. You can also create special filters where you can decide which emails you will send to certain contacts and which you won’t.
Spryka ePostMailer let’s you change the way you want to send your message, send plain text, html, or a combination of HTML and plain text. You can also customize and change the subject line, with a certain subject to go to certain numbers of customers and a different subject line going to others. It also allows you to keep certain options for each project or recurring project. Your projects can easily be saved on your computer, so you can find them and use them again or finish a project you are working on.
All in all, ePostMailer is a well rounded program that lets you easily and efficiently send out your mass email quickly and efficiently, in the format you need, and in the way you need to send it out.
