Raster to Vector is a smart and reliable stand-alone program that converts scanned drawings, maps and raster images into accurate vector files (such as DXF, HPGL, WMF, EMF, etc) for editing in any CAD application.
The supported input raster formats are JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PNG, etc. and the output vector formats: DXF, HPGL, EMF, WMF, TXT.
Raster to Vector's key feature is the high performance and ease in use.
Getting great results from Raster to Vector is very easy, you don't need any prior experience or specialist knowledge, as Raster to Vector has improved the engine performance and fine-tuned the quality.

-Removing low sized vector objects, correction of recognized texts.
-Automatically straighten images to a reference line.
-Remove speckles of color to make colors more uniform.
