If you have a small company and you work with a lot of electronic
documents, you should thing of a cheap solution to carry them. One
can be a clone of PDF format, but why not use this one.
DocumentToImage is a document converter. All the files can be saved
in GIF format. Besides .doc and .txt files, you can convert also
.ppt files, internet files and excel files. The conversion will be
done almost instantly.
For every operation you just have to push the button for the right
document format, choose the one that you want and automatically the
file will be converted and displayed in GIF format.
Pluses: with one click you can make the conversion;
Drawbacks / flaws: high price for such a product;
In conclusion: This application should be much cheaper, even
free. In this way it would have much bigger success.
