Movie to GIF Converter is a powerful yet easy-to-use tool that will enable you to convert a video file to an animated GIF file.
It also allows you to add over 50 effects such as Add Text, Add Image, Adjust Brightness, Adjust RGB, Adjust Contrast, etc.) to the GIF file.
Movie to GIF Converter also has a built-in player that will let you select the sections as you view the clip.
You can use this software tool to convert a selected part or convert a single video file. It also comes with fast speed and supports a lot of popular movie formats, such as AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2 (NTSC/PAL options for DVD, VCD, SVCD), WMV, ASF and Quick Time formats. The interface is very user-friendly and easy-to-use.
Movie to GIF Converter supports the following video formats:
-AVI: Standard AVI (uncompressed), MPEG4, DivX, XviD and more, it depends on the codec installed on your computer.
-MPEG: Custom MPEG1, MPEG2 format and NTSC VCD, NTSC SVCD, NTSC DVD, PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, PAL DVD.
-WMV/ASF: WMV, ASF, ASX and all Windows Media Video formats.
-Quick Time: Quick Time Video formats.
