OkoView is the best picture viewer designed for Windows. It gives
user the ability to manage digital photos, rotate them, make slide
shows, blur images, anti red eye effect and many other features.
The core feature is the ability to create HTML albums. You may
generate HTML albums with tumbinals preview. It will automatically
generate HTML pages. You just have to upload them onto FTP
server.
