This handy software provides with your BMI category according to the Panel on Energy, Obesity, and Body Weight Standards published by American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and also gives you some advices. It includes a printing option.
It's very easy-to-use: Just Enter Weight & Height, and press Calculate BMI button.
Note: Though it does not actually measure the percentage of body fat, it may be a useful tool to estimate a healthy body weight based on how tall a person is.
