Description:

Advanced Instant Messengers Password Recovery is a small, but very useful program which can save you the trouble of creating new Instant Messenger accounts in case you forgot your password. With the help of this program you can instantly recover the username and password of an account if the information is stored on the local computer. All you need to do is to select from the list the Instant Messenger you are currently using and the program will automatically detect your username and password.
Pluses: You can recover passwords from all known Instant Messenger accounts, starting with the most popular Windows Live Messenger or Yahoo! Messenger and ending with MySpace IM or Exodus.
Drawbacks / flaws: Unfortunately, at the testing time, the program was unable to recover the passwords used for Yahoo! Messenger version 7.5 Beta. If the passwords are longer than three characters, the trial version will not display any of the characters, prompting you to purchase the full version. In this case, the demonstration of the program's efficiency is missing entirely as we cannot be sure whether the program recovered any part of the password or not.
In conclusion: A good program to keep at hand in case disaster strikes, but it still needs to be improved.
