If you are a user of our KnowledgeBase product then the native output (Scripted FAQ format) can also be used which allows for further online survey processing or the saving of the interaction into the CRM (customer relationship management) database that sits behind KnowledgeBase.
The MapIT Designer is sometimes referred to as the process flow mapping tool as you construct a series of inter-related sections that represent steps in a process, with the flow between the sections based on decision logic.
