GymLogger is a free program that has been designed for creating and planning your sports training, as well as maintaining a diary of your personal achievements.
It will meet both the needs of amateur athletes and professionals.
Regardless of the type of sport that you are doing, GymLogger will help you draw up a clear plan of occupation, and effective training.
The main motto of the GymLogger - "the simplicity of use". One of the modules is the exercises database, where you can edit existing, or create your own exercises. It will help you to create a good basis for the further establishment of training programs.
After editing the exercises you can create complexes. The complex consists of several exercises with a given number of sets and repetitions. In fact, the complex is your future day training program.
Based on the complexes you plan your day trainings, by setting date, time and its duration. The remarkable thing about trainings is that it will be automatically added to the calendar view. A small icon will be displayed at the days when you have a training. That's why you will never forget about your upcoming training session.
And finally, GymLogger has build-in training diary where you can log your day training process by writing down exercises results (number of executed sets, repetitions an lifted weights). You also welcome to write down some text comments about you training.
