Neo Screensaver Builder is, as its name says, a powerful screensaver software to create, compile and distribute screen savers for Windows.
Neo Screensaver Builder has a fully integrated workspace that permits you to work efficiently and create professional screensavers in just minutes, letting you easily make own custom slideshow screensavers, flash screensavers, video screensavers or web screensavers and more.
The PERSONAL Edition of the Neo Screensaver Builder is a great way to create Screensavers for yourself, friends, or family. (for private or non-commercial use).
Neo Screensaver Builder lets you create screensavers based on Shockwave Flash, Image Slide Shows (display your favorite photos) and Movies (Mpeg, AVI.... You can make screensavers for Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/2003. Several options are available and many files are supported. MIDI, MP3, WAV or WMA are supported for the background music.
Transition effects are also featured.
