From simple to complex, SmartWebReader can capture, replicate, and automate Surf patterns to find specifically what the pattern is searching for, time and time again. Using the Editor, SmartWebReader defines Surf Patterns with Rules. With SmartWebReader's editor, a user can easily define sets of Rules to create an endless variety of Surf Patterns, from simple to highly complex.
Directly in contrast with many popular online search engines and directories, SmartWebReader will simply present what its Surf Rules tell it to. There are no hidden prioritizations, heueristics, or other algorithms than what the Surf Rules contain.
That said, SmartWebReader can also be used very effectively in conjuction with online search engines and directories. For instance, when a search engine yields high-level topics hits, SmartWebReader can be employed to delve more deeply into each hit's links, one after another, looking for and capturing a range of topics.
